Go T3 esp. RR Tengu for pve. For what you'll end up doing, they vastly superior to command ships and/or pretty much any other subcap multibox fleet. That being said, your not going to make 100m an hour running C1's or C2's.

With the right fit, a snipe Moros, Rev, or Nag would definitely work. Edit: Just fit one stab you can warp around the anomaly when the sleepers get under your guns.

Gas is very bulky, sure you can use a frieghter all the way to the actual wh, but that's a lot of itty jumps. Gas is also limited in terms of sales. Complex moon goo otoh, is worth it.
